Dr. Allison Kattato

Doctor of Physical Therapy

Allison is a 2017 graduate of the Ithaca College Doctorate of Physical Therapy Program.  Prior to receiving her Doctorate she completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Health Studies in 2015.  As an athlete herself she has always had a passion for physical fitness as well as all aspects of overall health and wellness.  Allison pursued and completed a minor in Exercise and Sports Psychology during her time at Ithaca College. She feels this education and background has allowed her to further connect with and understand her patients’ rehabilitation process.

Throughout her time as a clinician she has had the opportunity to work with individuals with varying diagnoses. Although she spent time in a multitude of clinical settings she developed the greatest interest and draw towards outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation.  Aside from her enthusiasm for diagnoses of the musculoskeletal origin, she also has experience working with vestibular dysfunction, particularly BPPV (Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo).

Allison finds enjoyment in connecting with her patients and is dedicated to working closely with you in order to meet your unique rehabilitation goals. She believes in an individualized approach to physical therapy as no two patients are the same.  Allison thrives on patient success and getting you back to doing what you love.

Apart from her time spent as a clinician, Allison enjoys being physically active. She loves spending time outdoors and as an Upstate New York native she has spent a lot of time exploring the Adirondack Mountains and looks forward to seeing all that New England has to offer.
