Dr. Tyler Axelson
Dr. Tyler Axelson is a graduate of Northeastern’s Doctor of Physical Therapy Program. Prior to attending Northeastern, he received a Bachelor’s of Science Degree with a concentration in Sport Psychology from Robert Morris University, located near his hometown of Pittsburgh Pennsylvania.
Tyler is also a Personal Trainer and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Tyler worked with athletes from a variety of sports including ice hockey, basketball, soccer and football. Additionally, Tyler is an Adjunct Faculty member in Northeastern University’s DPT program in the functional anatomy labs. He also currently works as a clinical specialist in the medical device industry specializing in robotic total joint procedures
In his free time, Tyler enjoys golfing, running, and staying active. His goal is to make exercise and physical activity enjoyable for everyone.
