Garrett is a local, growing up in Stoneham, MA playing baseball, golf, and running cross country. He graduated from Ithaca College with an undergraduate degree in Clinical Health Studies and then continued on to graduate school at Ithaca College and received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Garrett is a big proponent of staying active and utilizing the most recent research to direct his physical therapy treatments. He has done research on low back pain as well as vertical leap in a patient population with scoliosis. Garrett focuses his treatments on manual therapy, taping techniques, sport specific training, and active recovery exercises. He has continuing education in orthotic casting for improved arch support. He has attended Dr. Micheli's continuing education course in running mechanics, gait analysis, injury prevention, and proper running footwear.

In his free time, Garrett is an avid rock climber and snowboarder which keeps him active and physically fit.
