Holly A. Fitzgerald, PT, MSPT, OCS, Cert. MDT
Holly graduated with a MS in physical therapy from Ithaca College
in Ithaca, New York. Upon completion she relocated to the Boston area and began working for Mass. Medical and Physical Therapy
Assoc., Inc. Over the course of her career she was promoted to Supervisor of Physical Therapy and upon retirement of the previous
owners, purchased the clinic in the summer of 2004, creating Fitzgerald Physical Therapy Associates.
Holly is a Board Certified Specialist in Orthopedics and has taken and assisted in teaching several continuing education
courses on such topics as biomechanical evaluation and treatment of foot and ankle disorders, joint mobilization for the spine
and extremities, as well as, the McKenzie 4 part series on Mechanical Evaluation and Therapy for Spinal Dysfunction. Currently Holly is training for her 11th Marathon and plays
in several co-ed soccer leagues throughout the Boston area. In her spare time Holly is a guest columnist for New England Runner
Magazine. Holly’s patients appreciate her personal attention to both their physical condition and the emotional affects
it has on their lifestyle. Her sincere, straight- forward approach to rehabilitation is both technically sound and based upon
realistic expectations of the patient’s potential. Overall health and wellness continue to be an integral part of her
treatment and this continues to yield fantastic results with those under Holly’s care.

Keith Levesque, PT, MSPT, OCS
Keith is a Board Certified Specialist in Orthopedics and is
the Supervisor of the Malden site. He has been an integral part of the team since the inception of FPT developing
his own following of patients from childhood athletes to the active adult. Shortly
after he was treated for a severe ankle sprain while captain on his high school soccer team his junior year Keith began to
pursue his dream of becoming a physical therapist, . He worked with children with various disabilities in summer schools over
the next 2 years and then went on to receive his B.S. in clinical science and M.S. in Physical Therapy at Ithaca College in
Ithaca, NY. His two main concentrations were pediatrics and sports medicine. Keith lives an avid athletic lifestyle playing in 3 soccer leagues, running road races, snowshoeing
and snowboarding during the winter months. Following his own love of sports he has developed his skills to

Greg Robidoux PT, Cycling Specialist Greg
brings 10 years of orthopedic experience to FPT, working with populations varying from high level athletes to infants and
everything in between. He has been an athlete all of his life and has an intimate knowledge of most sports and the injuries
that go along with them from both sides of the treatment table. His years of experience and genuine drive to improve the health
and performance of the patients he treats shines through from evaluation to discharge and beyond. Greg graduated from the University of Hartford
with his Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy. He managed to do this while playing for their Division 1 soccer team
and maintaining a 3.7 GPA. He has continued to improve his knowledge with countless continuing education and close collaboration
with orthopedic and primary care doctors to provide the best possible patient care. After college
his own injuries lead him to the sport of cycling which has become his passion. The sport has allowed him to compete across
the US and abroad. In the last two years he has won a US national championship in his second mountain bike race and also competed
in the Tour of the Himalayas. He has raced in all disciplines of the sport including mountain, road, and cyclocross. In the
last few years Greg has been able to combine his passion for cycling with his love of physical therapy. Working with everyone
from the average cruiser to elite cyclist looking to rehab from injury, get custom bike fitting or even improve performance.
While cycling
is his passion he demonstrates the same vigor and excitement in the treatment of all of his patients and strives to provide
a caring and realistic environment for everyone in his care.
